If you have enough available cash, you can then choose to buy the land, opening it up for your own farming ventures. When you highlight a piece of land, you will be able to see its value just below the map. If you then use the button prompt for Select Land, shown at the bottom of the map screen, you will be able to select different chunks of land. The land that you own will be highlighted in green, whilst the rest of the map will be dark grey. If you press the key for "Lands", it will change how the map looks slightly. On the bottom left of the map screen, you will see some button prompts. These are fields, on which you can grow an assortment of new produce. When you are looking at the map, you will see that there are various numbered patches. Most importantly, you can navigate to the world map, which will allow you to buy more land.
